Beacon Technology Services was founded in 2015 by two former corporate IT directors who saw a clear gap: businesses in the Midlands deserved enterprise-grade IT support without the big-city price tag or impersonal service.
Starting from a small office on Pride Hill in Shrewsbury, we built our reputation one client at a time โ on honesty, transparency, and delivering results. A decade on, we remain independently owned, locally focused, and deeply committed to the businesses we serve.
Today, our team of 25+ engineers, consultants, and account managers supports over 150 organisations across Shropshire, Staffordshire, Worcestershire, Herefordshire, Cheshire, and the West Midlands.
